While it might not be fair to name an entire weekend after one winery, what can we say? Cayuse began releasing their wines on their own weekend, and many people came to Walla Walla just for that event. Other wineries soon caught on and many wine and food events fill the entire weekend.  Cayuse Release Weekend has become the unofficial start of the wine tasting season in the Valley. Come for the Cayuse - stay for everything else!
